· Around 8 or more years of IT experience· Awareness of latest Microsoft technologies and related technologies.· Strong Experience in design and architecture using Rational Rose / Visioo Experience in translating business requirements in to architectural concepts.o Class diagrams, sequence diagrams, collaboration diagrams and activity diagrams.o Strong knowledge and Experience in implementing Design Patternso Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and its application using .NET· Strong .NET Framework concepts and architecture.· VB.NET / C# programming· Good in UI Designing (Winforms) concepts· Good knowledge of Web Services, SOAP, ActiveX and .NET Framework· Experience with Software development process techniques is required· Thorough understanding of SDLC· Excellent experience in designing solutions at large-scale enterprise level· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to follow tasks through to completion· Excellent organizational skills· Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
