Lead Architect/Project Leader (Full-Time)

Central New Jersey Company is looking for a hands on,
technical lead with strong exp. in C#, .Net framework, SQL Server (2005, 2008)
& MSMQ experience. Candidate must have built large interactive web sites in
a B2B or B2C environment in the digital media arena. MUST have done
presentations and have led/mentored a group. Company is not looking for a pure
developer/architect. This position is the next step above and has lots of
growth. Needs extensive experience developing distributed enterprise-level
applications using object-oriented techniques within a line marketing agency,
publishing, retail, healthcare or pharma co.
Must have previous experience leading, designing and developing initiatives for
a digital media solution such as ad targeting, content targeting, website
optimization, attribution analysis, yield optimization, click fraud analysis,
and ad inventory forecasting. No
relocation - must live in tri-state area! US
