posters, and custom framing.

a quickly growing company, having doubled in revenue for the past 5 years
in a row.

a 50 person company with offices in central New
Jersey and Massachusetts.
- We are
backed with private equity, founders control the business.
- We are
a leading direct to consumer retailer (www.fulcrumgallery.com) as well
as a wholesale provider to brick and mortars and the back-end fulfillment
to other online brands (www.liebermans.net).
- All
our technology is in-house, built from the ground up.
We are currently looking to hire both a very senior
developer and a junior developer. We are
hiring directly, no recruiting firms or third parties please! Sorry, no H-1B sponsorships available. Local candidates only, no relocation.
Position #1 - Senior
Developer
About You (Senior
Developer):
- You
are a very senior, hands on
.NET developer.
- You
are able to architect new systems but
also able to adapt to existing architecture. You are more of a hard core coder rather
than an “architect” (no room for the ivory tower).
- You
have a minimum of 5 years overall programming experience and 2 years direct
experience with the Microsoft .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, XML, SQL Server
(AJAX experience highly preferred).
- You
have good communication skills with both technical and non-technical
people (you are able to run with minimally detailed requirements, asking
the right questions throughout to fill in the blanks).
- You possess
managerial courage (ability to challenge a position even when the outcome
may be unpopular).
- You
are excited about being in an entrepreneurial culture where things happen
fast and your work matters.
- You
are bored at your existing job.
About the Position
(Senior Developer):
- Senior/lead
developer position.
- Work
in a closely knit, fast paced team
environment.
- Join a
growing team of 4 developers and report directly to the CTO.
- Competitive

Position #2 - Junior
Developer
About You (Junior
Developer):
- You
are a recent college graduate or someone in their first programming job.
- You
have good HTML and CSS skills, and know your way around JavaScript.
- You
have some experience developing web applications for the .NET platform.
- Preferably,
you know C#, but VB.NET experience is ok (willing to bring you through the
learning curve to convert to C#)
- You
have some SQL and database experience.
- Preferably,
you have some experience in computer networking (setting up wireless
networks, VPN’s, etc.)
- You’re
smart and ambitious, looking for an opportunity to grow your skill set
working side by side with senior developers who are willing to mentor you.

- Junior
developer position.

in a closely knit, fast paced team
environment.
- Join a
growing team of 4 developers and report directly to the CTO.
- Our
goal is to grow you within our organization. As your skill level increases, give you
more advanced assignments and put on the path to a more senior position.
